SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. We will always do our very best to deliver a floral gift that matches as closely as possible to the design displayed online. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers may be required due to demand, season and availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and colour scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the note section at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery Condition:
To honor our satisfaction guarantee, the recipient will be called prior to delivery to confirm availability. Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner.
Same Day Delivery:
Same-day delivery is available Monday through Sunday, with your choice of delivery timing from 9am – 6pm. Orders received after 1:00pm may be delivered the next delivery day, unless you contact us to make a special request. Choice of delivery timing can’t be guaranteed on Holidays, Annual Festivals, Hallmark Holidays and peak floral delivery periods, due to demand.
When the Recipient Is Not Home:
We will attempt to reach the recipient via phone call. If still unreachable, we may choose to leave the arrangement with a neighbor or manager (of the building) and leave a note to the recipient notifying them who accepted the arrangement on their behalf. If the area is secure, we may leave the arrangement at the door.
We may also leave a note on the recipient's door asking them to call our floral-shop and arrange a convenient time for re-delivery. If the recipient is at work all day, we suggest sending the arrangement to their workplace.
Please provide all necessary Information:
Please make sure that your order information is accurate and complete - in order to avoid delivery delays. This would include the address, apartment or suite #, buzzer # if needed, and especially the best phone number to reach the recipient.
